研究方向 / Research Interests
1. 研究登革热病毒、乙型脑炎病毒和西尼罗病毒的快速检测及病毒与宿主的相互作用关系/ Diagnosis technique development for virus detection and the interaction between aborvirus (DEN, JEV, WNV) and host mosquitoes.
2. 蚊虫病原微生物菌种及其基因资源,微生物基因组学和比较基因组学,杀蚊毒素蛋白特性和作用方式、杀蚊细菌的遗传改良和工程菌株的构建,新型细菌杀蚊制剂的研制及野生型和重组微生物对环境的安全性评估等/ Entomopathogenic bacteria (Bacillus thuringiensis and B. sphaericus) and insecticidal gene resources, microbial genomics and comparative genomics, insecticidal proteins and their mode of action, construction of engineering strains with higher toxicity and wider active spectrum.
3. 发展新的生物防治技术,建立和完善以生物防治为主的虫媒病毒媒介蚊虫综合防治体系/ Production, standardization and application of bio-pesticide and other microbial agents, resistance mechanism in target insects and the resistance management.
