2. 新型选择性雌激素 受体调节剂 (SERMs) 类药物及前体药物的设计 、 合成和开发;用于乳腺癌早期诊断 (PET 及纳米技术等 ) 的新型分子显影剂的设计合成 / Design, synthesis and biological evaluation of novel selective estrogen receptor modulators (SERMs); Development of novel imaging agents, including nanoparticles and radionuclides, for targeted breast cancer therapy.
