研究方向 / Research Interests
利用分子生物学和基因组学研究手段,研究病毒的感染机理、病毒与宿主的相互作用;发展杆状病毒表达系统和病毒检测技术;同时开展新生病毒疾病的分子生物学和流行病学研究。目前研究对象有杆状病毒、SARS冠状病毒和克里米亚-刚果出血热病毒等。
The main research fields of the Research Group of Functional Genomics and Genetic Engineering of Viruses include: infection mechanisms of viruses; virus-host interaction; functional genomics of viruses; molecular biology and epidemiology of emerging viruses; as well as development and applications of baculoviral expression system and viral diagnostic techniques. The recent research targets include baculovirus, SARS-CoV and Crimean-Congo hemorrhagic fever virus.
