1． 通过遗传转化过程进行的细菌水平基因转移，包括枯草芽胞杆菌的DNA胞外释放现象与缺陷性原噬菌体PBSX的相关性研究； / Bacterial horizontal gene transfer via the process of natural genetic transformation, including the study on extracellular DNA excretion from Bacillus subtilis and its relationship with defective prophage PBSX
2． 细菌黑色素的基础和应用研究，包括黑色素在抗病毒感染过程中的作用；/The basic scientific study on bacterial melanin and its application, including the anti-virus infection effect of the pigment.
